Wisconsin State Genealogical Society

WHS Webinars, Workshops and Classes

The Wisconsin Historical Society Library and Archives
is proud to offer a variety of events on special topics in genealogical research.

What are Archived Webinars?

They are the same as live webinars, except that you can watch them at any time without having to wait for a specific broadcast date and time. The WHS archived webinars are stored on their website and can be viewed for free after registering by selecting the specific webinar you'd like to watch from a list. Once registered, the webinar will appear and the fun begins. There are handouts for each webinar and WHS encourages you to print these out before you watch the webinar!

Workshop Features

  • The workshops always feature hands-on learning opportunities led by specialists in North American history and genealogy.
  • Experts in genealogy teach you how to best use the Society's nationally-recognized collections of published and unpublished materials for researching family histories.
  • Programs are geared to all levels of experience and offer something for everyone, from beginners to advanced.

Registration fees are reduced for members of the Wisconsin State Genealogical Society and WHS!
