Deadlines to remember- These are “received by” dates for forms and checks mailed in or if registering online. You can still register up to or at the conference but not for meals!

  • February 28: Hotel block is released so make your hotel reservations by this time to guarantee the WSGS rate.
  • March 1: Discounted rates for early bird registrations for members and non-members
  • March 1: Vendor registrations are due.
  • March 1: If you want to have lunch with the group on Saturday, you must order your luncheon meal by this date.
  • March 1: If you want a printed syllabus, you must order it by this date. Otherwise, you will have to print/save the copy when it’s emailed out. A link to the syllabus will emailed to   attendees the week of the conference to all participants. If you order a hard copy, you will receive it at registration. 

Location & Hotel Accommodations

Hotel Marshfield - $139/night plus tax.

Call the hotel directly to make your reservations: (715) 387-2700. Make sure that you make your reservation before the February 28 cut off. Discounted rates are not available via any other booking platform. Use code: WSGS Gene-A-Rama 3.2026. Don’t wait as they will not be able to book at the discounted rate after that date. Friday Lunch
Soup and Salad Buffet- Soup of the Day, spring mix greens, romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomato, spicy chickpeas, diced red onions, broccoli florets, red and green peppers, diced hard boiled eggs, julienne turkey and ham, and shredded cheese. Served with assorted dressings, croutons, and breadsticks. Dessert- assorted brownies.

will be a buffet with chicken cordon bleu, pasta primavera, garlic mashed potatoes, house salad, Chef’s choice fresh vegetable, and fresh baked dinner rolls. Includes brewed coffee station, water, and milk. Dessert- Assorted Dessert Bars

Baked Potato Buffet- Fresh baked potato rolled in kosher salt and olive oil. Choice of toppings include chicken or BBQ pulled pork, shredded Wisconsin cheddar cheese, Gouda cheese sauce, diced onion, bacon bits, diced tomato, sour cream, ranch dressing, chives and butter. Served with house salad and breadsticks. Dessert- Assorted cupcakes
