Submitting Your Programs for the WSGS Calendar of Events

WSGS will list your Society’s meetings, programs, speakers and events on our website as a benefit of Affiliate Membership! Your event will be listed as an Affiliate Event on our Events page.

Please submit the following information:

Date of Event (Or Start Date, if longer than one day)
End Date (If longer than one day)
Start Time (Don’t forget AM or PM)
End Time (Don’t forget AM or PM)
Event Title
Location of Event (Including address)
Presenter Name (If applicable)
Description of Event (Including titles of talks if more than one presentation is being given)

You may also add a contact e-mail address or a website link for more information, a small image to include in the listing (.jpg, .gif, or .pdf files preferred), or a PDF document to link to your listing.

E-mail the above information to wsgs@wsgs.org. Please allow at least two weeks for your event to appear on the WSGS Calendar of Events. The sooner your event is sent in for inclusion, the more people who will see it!
