Military War Ancestor Certificate
A Wisconsin Military War Ancestor Certificate is awarded to applicants who submit evidence to prove direct descent or collateral descent from an ancestor that was born, died, lived or served in Wisconsin. The cost for each application is $20.00 for members and $30.00 for non-members.
